-
- SILLY or NOT, Toys'R'Us informed me that it would do good to write
- the company if we are not happy.
-
- She says that they do not know if their customers aren't happy unless
- they are told.
- Makes sense?
-

-
- Let me ask you this... If you walk into Kay-Bee toy stores and you
- ask the manager if they sell the Lynx and they say, "No", do you think
- that the manager writes down that you were interested for demand
- purposes?
-
- Are you kidding? They don't care.
-
- How about this. If Toys'R'Us is out of the Lynx for two weeks.
- Do you think they realize how many people have decided to go elsewhere
- because they didn't have it in stock?
-
- Or better yet, if they know EXACTLY how many systems are sold,
- why don't they reorder when they only have three or four left?
- Instead of waiting until the last one is gone?
-
-
- No, I think the only company that has a realization of demand is
- Walmart. They seem to be on the ball.
-
- What you say is kind of funny. We all THINK that these companies
- know the demand for products, but I doubt they do.
-
- I remember going to several toy stores that did not carry the Lynx.
- I asked the manager why not and he or she says that a lot of people
- have been asking for it and they don't really know why they don't
- carry it.
-
- Stupid, isn't it?

- P.S. Kya|?P.S. Everyone SOLD-OUT of the Lynx during the Batman Returns promotion
- and nobody had CLOSE to enough. Did they know demand? nope...
