  15. Well, I called the headquarters of Toys'R'Us and the woman on
  16. the phone informed me if WE are not happy with what Toys'R'Us is
  17. doing in regards to the Lynx, we should write the Vice Chairman.

  21. I received the impression that this is their best guess to how
  22. much of a demand there is for a product.

  24. Often, if you notice, Toys'R'Us goes weeks without getting more Lynx
  25. systems in.  They have no idea how many customers they lose by
  26. not having those systems.

  29. me, please create TWO form letters.
