- I have found that toothpaste, yes, toothpaste has the lowest abrasion and produces a high
- buff shine on plastics and glass. I have used this method to remove scratches in auto glass
- (though a very lengthy operation) and soft plastics. DO NOT USE GELLS for plastic. They have
- a higher grit content and can damage plastic permanantly. Also, some of the Miracle brand
- plastic auto windsheild polishing compounds will do a similar job. They also leave a wax
- coat that can fill small inperfections. Don't polish in any other direction than radially.
- Always polish from the center out as spokes in a wheel.
