  12. There are a couple of choices that come to mind.

  15. Luxman makes a small 4 channel amp (F-110? I cannot remember the model) 
  16. that is rated at 40w/ch, bridgeable, and is only about 1.5" tall.
  17. Separate Volume controls on front panel for all 4 channels.
  18. Since they resell the Lexicon CP-2 as their F-116 surround decoder,
  19. it should work with all pre-amps.

  22. Also, NAD does make a multi-channel box as well.
  23. Look in the 9000 series.  9130?  
  24. It doesn't have volume controls on the front.

  27. Sigh, my Audio directory is not at work.
  28. You might check a pawn shop or a used audio place and find a 4-ch
  29. amp from the quad days ( 70's ).
