  12. A friend who brought to Italy his PB 100 with the Apple internal
  13. 2400/9600 send fax modem claims that it doesn't work: that is,
  14. it does not dial.  I told him to make sure that he was using
  15. pulse dial (ATDP) but he claims he did.  How is it possible that
  16. such a simple electrical interface (open and close a switch)
  17. would be incompatible?   Thanks  --Luigi
