  29. Seconded; they are not the cheapest, but the distanc eis not great. I
  30. have purchased from APS both from Italy and from the UK (disk drives,
  31. controllers, tape drives), and they have always been OK. Indeed probably
  32. my favourite mail order company.

  34. Once they sent me the wrong controller, and they exchanged it
  35. immediately (I paid the return postage; they told me to send it back by
  36. post instead of courier to minimize my cost, and they sent the
  37. replacement by courier instead). That's fair and good service to me.
