  17. I've go a quick question for any gurus out there on SCSI & IDE.

  19. I picked up a Seagate 1480N 500meg SCSI and currently have a       
  20. Maxtor 130meg IDE in my system.  I have been looking at the 
  21. Always IN2000 16bit controller and the Adaptec 1522 16 bit to
  22. run the SCSI drive.

  24. Two questions,  Can I run IDE and SCSI drive on the same system, or 
  25.                 will I have to lose one?

  27.                 Also if they are compatible which controller do you
  28.                 recommend?

  30. Here are my system specs: 386-40DX, 4meg ram, currently 130meg IDE,
