  29. There is a difference between the menu bar and the window bar.  Like there 
  30. is no window bar- it's known as the title bar, and it does not (normally) 
  31. have any menus hanging off it.
  32. Yes, that tiny little padlock hangs on document windows, not up in the menu 
  33. bar.
