- You're willing to forego suppliers' addresses, yet you're contemplating
- introducing a bill in Congress? I don't understand.
-
- If you want addresses of the manufacturers, buy a name brand board. If
- you want to save money, buy a no-name board and live without the technical
- support. You have a choice; there's no need to pass a law. (Especially
- since any law that required low cost manufacturers to behave like higher
- cost manufacturers would simply put low cost manufacturers out of
- business and reduce our choices. What good would that do?)
-
- As far as a boycott goes, you're welcome to try. I won't join in, since
- I'd rather save money than pay for technical support that I don't need. I
- suspect that many people on this net would agree.
