  12. I have been looking at an IBM Value Point 486SX with OS/2, and the IBM 
  13. 6319 Value Point monitor. Despite the advertising copy, what I see is 
  14. a fuzzy screen of about the same quality as any no-name monitor of
  15. half the price. The man at the computer store on campus says that the
  16. reason for the poor quality is that IBM doesn't supply proper drivers
  17. for its own monitor, that possibly one can get better quality by
  18. buying a new video card. This sounds astonishing to me. Is it possible
  19. that IBM would put out a new system which is not capable of driving
  20. its own monitor, or could there be some other explanation?--
