  16. As I understand it, the reason for this is that the HCCS board is basically
  17. just an ADC, with all the video decoding done in software (quite a clever
  18. piece of lateral thinking, IMHO). My impression from reading reviews is
  19. certainly that the HCCS board is better. Can the Rombo one grab frames in
  20. real time?
