- As I understand it, the reason for this is that the HCCS board is basically
- just an ADC, with all the video decoding done in software (quite a clever
- piece of lateral thinking, IMHO). My impression from reading reviews is
- certainly that the HCCS board is better. Can the Rombo one grab frames in
