- I apologize for butting in, but I have a Pinwriter P2200 and have the same
- problem. The driver that works best is the Epson LQ-850 on my system. But it
- acts flakey from time to time. The symptoms are slow speed (much slower than
- I know the printer was capable of under MS-DOS, even in draft mode),
- frequent unexplained hold of the print job in the que that cannot be
- reversed from the WPS window and frequent inability to control the font
- being used at print time. These problems can be corrected on my system after
- usually one or two complete power downs. But I only experience these things
- at unpredictable and irregular intervals which makes the problem very hard
- to diagnose.
