- Note to all,
- OS/2 - all versions - my experience since the beta v0.9 of OS/2 1.0 - will
- recreate the swap file at boot time. For example, if your swap file is 10MB
- now, SWAPPATH in CONFIG.SYS is set to C:\OS2\SYSTEM 1024 4096 for a 4MB initial
- swapper.dat and 1MB minimum free disk space, when the system is rebooted, your
- 10MB swapper.dat is deleted, and a new swapper.dat of 4MB size is created.
- All that we need do to get rid of the monster swapper.dat is reboot the
- computer.
