  11. (This is cross posted on comp.mail.misc.  Apologies if you
  12. see this twice.  I thought I needed to contact both groups).

  15. I'm worried about a high volume of mail requests--I am running
  16. a Sun Sparc IPX, SunOS 4.1.3, OW 3, unix listserv, gopher and
  17. squirrel mail server.  I'm using the standard sendmail that came
  18. on the machine.

  20. My question is: what mta should I be using? If sendmail is a problem,
  21. why is it a problem?

  23. I will be going public with the machine soon and I want to be
  24. prepared for a large volume of mail requests.  I'm no expert--thats
  25. why I read the net, to find out what the experts say.

  27. What I'm worries me is the following info from the net:

  42. Another person on the net replies to a similar question from me:

  46. > with your sun.

  49. PP, zmail, and now sendmail5.65).
