  16. I don't like to change running system but I have to and I'm a sendmail novice.

  19. Where is a syntax and conceptual description available about
  20. the sendmail.cf file ? (e.g. ftp)

  23. How can I rewrite the sender field from username@EExxxx to user@ilt.fhg.de.
  24. xxxx stands for any token. username for the sender┤s user-id.
  25. I want to force that all outgoing mail from our gateway writes 
  26. user@ilt.fhg.de into the Reply-To: field instead of username@EExxxx.

  29. My sendmail deletes all path information from the incoming mails, is this a 
  30. flag and if so who can I reset it ? I only get the subject, sender and the 
  31. body, no route information.
