  22. Yes, your PKUNZIP is outdated.  Most recent files on SIMTEL20 require
  23. PKUNZIP ver 1.10, which has been available for over two years.

  25. The Info-ZIP group's free UNZIP50.EXE also works on all ZIP files
  26. stored on SIMTEL20.
