- Yes, but since that directory is world-writeable someone may have
- already overwritten your files with copies that are infected with a
- virus. I wouldn't touch anything in that directory. It's inviting
- disaster.

- Ask yourself why someone would upload there rather than formally submit
- the upload to SIMTEL20. The answer could be that they don't want you to
- know who they are. That's why SIMTEL20 doesn't allow annonymous uploads.
- Uploaders have to contact me for instructions first so I can check to
- see if we already have the program and so I will know who they are.
