  20. Yes, but since that directory is world-writeable someone may have
  21. already overwritten your files with copies that are infected with a
  22. virus.  I wouldn't touch anything in that directory.  It's inviting
  23. disaster.

  25. Ask yourself why someone would upload there rather than formally submit
  26. the upload to SIMTEL20.  The answer could be that they don't want you to
  27. know who they are.  That's why SIMTEL20 doesn't allow annonymous uploads.
  28. Uploaders have to contact me for instructions first so I can check to
  29. see if we already have the program and so I will know who they are.
