- It could, in fact, be either. Anyway, these two causes togeter
- account for, must be, 99% of the reports of allegedly corrupt
- packages we archive site moderators tend to get.

- Yes, there have also been cases of genuine corrupted packages, but
- that it very, very rare. I still recall that the last true case of
- a corrupted entity came from Samuel Ko (who saw us through the vote)
- concerning a Garbo file some two to three months ago.

- In sum, the user should first carefully check his/her PKZIP version
- and transfer modes both between the FTP -> host and host -> PC.
- There is quite a number of errors that is thus possible for the user
