  12. Thanks to all who offered suggestions about how to stop the page eject
  13. before printing on a Panasonic 1124 printer -- the problem never
  14. occurred in the first attempt to print in an NB4 session, only for the
  15. second and all subsequent sessions.  Only an exit from the program and a
  16. restart seemed to work.  Within minutes of asking for help on this
  17. matter, I suddenly remembered that Desqview has some setting regarding
  18. printing.  My reported problem seems to have disappeared after disabling
  19. Desqview's manage printer contention setting.
