  25. Are you stupid, is this what you're asking ? :)
  26. Perhaps, perhaps not. :)  The fact that you noticed this doesn't really give
  27. us enough info to judge.  (But beleive me, people will ...)

  29. Basically, I think you are right in your belief that it *ought* to work the
  30. same way for +b and -b.  Basically, everybody noticed this a long time ago,
  31. just decided to add in the !*@* for unbans, and promptly forgot about it.

  33. You can remove ANY soft of stupid ban ... /mode #channel -b
  34.  what_the_hell_kind_of_stupid_ban_is_this_one_might_ask...

  36. You can't create such a ban, but you can certainly remove it.

  38. Perhaps it's a bug ... perhaps it's a feature.  In any event, it's not a
  39. very big one :)
