- Are you stupid, is this what you're asking ? :)
- Perhaps, perhaps not. :) The fact that you noticed this doesn't really give
- us enough info to judge. (But beleive me, people will ...)

- Basically, I think you are right in your belief that it *ought* to work the
- same way for +b and -b. Basically, everybody noticed this a long time ago,
- just decided to add in the !*@* for unbans, and promptly forgot about it.
