  25. Actually, that wasn't the issue I was talking about.  What you talk
  26. about is an interesting question in itself, and I don't have an answer
  27. to that.

  29. But what I was talking about seems much simpler to me.  It seems the
  30. announcement is trying to get consent for all kinds of monitoring from
  31. all users, and that "fix" for the problem of monitoring of intruders
  32. is in my opinion worse that the problem.
