- So, basically, are Dept. of Justice (and CERT) just saying to all
- federal computer admins: "Oops, we forgot to add to the law that of
- course the government can monitor all traffic ECPA or not - as a
- temporary fix put this in your motd and there will be no problems from
- monitoring. We're working on the Digital Telephony bill to resolve
- this once and for all."?
