  22. I really hate flaming against Carl, but this is precisely an instance
  23. of what I mentioned in my response to the admin's posting (sorry for
  24. forgetting the name): not tolerating any case-by-case interpretation
  25. of rules and blaming them as censorship in the first place. I think
  26. this is the thing what's poisoning the climate at the side of the
  27. defenders of academic freedom. Problems like this should be resolved
  28. by consensus rather than sticking to the words.
