  12. We who are lesbian, gay, or bisexual experience fierce ironies in being
  13. defined reductively by our plumbing.  When neighbors persecute us for being
  14. different, toughs do not shout "poet!",  "thinker!", "religious!", "tri-
  15. lingualist!" or any of the significant other ways we deviate.  It is not
  16. surprising that in reclaiming our wholeness, we stress spirit and mind.
  17. The most neglected commandment is to love God with these -- but not with
  18. these alone.   God commands us to love God with our bodies too.
  19.  
  20. To fulfill this commandment, we must integrate our minds and our bodies.  And
  21. when we struggle to do so, we have perhaps our most important gifts to give
  22. to heterosexuals as well.

  24. We cannot integrate what we will not name, we cannot be of one spirit with
  25. that which we cannot pray about.

  27. When God made Creation, She looked upon it and said, not with a frown, but
