  11. I have heard claims that the scrolls are being suppressed because they offer
  12. dramatic confirmation of the New Testament and vice versa, because they 
  13. contradict it.  By the way, I thought that the scrolls were largely under
  14. control of the Israelis. I was not aware that the Roman Catholic Church
  15. has any authority over their publication or witholding.  Who does control
  16. them?
