  19. I dunno about the Yank railways, but on one occasion, a train on the E & N on
  20. Vancouver Island hit a truck. The truck had stuck his nose out too far at a
  21. crossing.  No injuries were reported but the front end and side of this guy's
  22. truck were smashed up pretty bad.  What did CP do?  They sued the driver and
  23. made him pay for all damages to the lead unit (some bent handrails and a
  24. smashed ditch light) and made him pay for a paint job on the WHOLE UNIT!
