- I dunno about the Yank railways, but on one occasion, a train on the E & N on
- Vancouver Island hit a truck. The truck had stuck his nose out too far at a
- crossing. No injuries were reported but the front end and side of this guy's
- truck were smashed up pretty bad. What did CP do? They sued the driver and
- made him pay for all damages to the lead unit (some bent handrails and a
- smashed ditch light) and made him pay for a paint job on the WHOLE UNIT!
-
- I loved it :)
