- Anyone care to make some reasonably valid generalizations about the
- consequences for the rider of the various arrangements of cylinders?
- There seem to be vertical, horizontal opposed, V and inclined ("/")
- arrangements in 1, 2 and 4 cylinders.

- I have read of the high torque of the large single and the buzziness of
- the smaller fours, but other the appearance of the V on Harleys, what is
- the point of that arrangement? Are the opposed arrangement truly more
- vibration free?
