  11. Anyone care to make some reasonably valid generalizations about the
  12. consequences for the rider of the various arrangements of cylinders? 
  13. There seem to be vertical, horizontal opposed, V and inclined ("/")
  14. arrangements in 1, 2 and 4 cylinders.

  16. I have read of the high torque of the large single and the buzziness of
  17. the smaller fours, but other the appearance of the V on Harleys, what is
  18. the point of that arrangement?  Are the opposed arrangement truly more
  19. vibration free?
