  17. If your mail-order source for the turnouts is in Britain, you can probably get
  18. such a power supply from the same source.  It will be called a "capacitor
  19. discharge unit" or CDU.  A simple one that you use with your existing power
  20. supply will probably be quite inexpensive and work beautifully.
