  12. This is the first day I have read this newsgroup.  I am an exceedingly
  13. amateur player, and have little knowledge of the world of go.

  15. Now that I have qualified my ignorance, I can ask a stupid question
  16. or two.

  20. Does anyone play go across the net?  A friend and I played a game, 
  21. under honor not to get unfair help, through email.  It was fun, but
  22. cumbersome.

  24. Does anyone know how to find local GO clubs?  I can't even find any
  25. GO mags in the newsstands here.  There are bound to be some, since
  26. this is Washington D.C.  They don't even play go at my college.

  28. I have a few friends who play, but we have become tired of playing
  29. only each other.  None of us are ranked, because none of us know
  30. of any local clubs.  HELP!
