- I have a slight problem on my `88 1.6 diesel Jetta. There is a line of
- grey on the underside of the bonnet that shouldn`t be there.
- The streak is on the right hand side of the bonnet about 6 inches in
- from the side and runs the length of the bonnet. It seems to come from
- just behind the radiator so I think that the hose to the resovoir is
- blocked and that when the engine heats up the coolant justs sprays all
- over the bonnet. The thing is that the streak is only on the bonnet and
- there is nothing on the engine itself.
