  22. A company called "Schey Tools" makes exactly this along with a 1/2" hole
  23. for a breaker bar.  You apply hand pressure with the breaker bar and then hit
  24. the tool with hammer.  They claim that this is more effective than an impact
  25. wrench.  Locally these tools are carried by Bow-Wow, my favourite VW parts place.
