  17. Well just to add a counter-point, I use whatever I can get on sale (as long
  18. as it's "SG" rated) and change it every 4K. I have a 186K on my Buick V6
  19. wagon and it's still running like a champ. In my opinion, SG oil is SG
  20. oil, buy for price. Pretty much the same for filters as long as they're
  21. name brand (Fram, AC, Purolator, Motorcraft). I think you only see the (very)
  22. slight differences in quality if your the type that goes 20K between changes.
