- I've noticed at times when driving behind some cars that I can smell rotten
- egg gas (hydrogen sulfide?). Is it normal for cars to emit that smell even if
- everything is functioning okay in the emission system. Or, could the smell
- indicate a plugged catalytic converter, bad O2 sensor, bad timing, etc.?
-
- If there is already a FAQ on this topic, could someone direct me to it?
- Otherwise, I would appreciate hearing about the causes of this smell.
-
- Thanks,
-
