  27. BZZZZZZZZZTTTT!  Error.  The Doctor just choses to remodel the TARDIS every
  28. so often.  Look at the Five Doctors... Peter Davidson had just completed
  29. the finishing touches on HIS TARDIS as this episode (about halfway into
  30. his episodes-or-so) began.
  31.     I recall from somewhere that the TARDIS responds to the Doctor's mental
  32. commands; he remodels the interior either with conscious design or subconscious
  33. tinkering.
