  18. This isn't going to affect the value of your investment. If value of the
  19. fund's portfolio in local currency is static, but the U.S. dollar falls
  20. agsinst the local currency, then the value, in U.S. dollars, of the fund 
  21. will increase. And vice versa. You have the problem of currency flucuations
  22. for all foreign investments, independant of the currency the investment is
  23. denominated in.
