- Generally racket sports have too much of a start-stop component: intensity
- is either too high or too low. Look at what you yourself said: an hour
- of squash "kills" you. That's not the quality of exercise you want from
- an aerobic exercise.

- Listen. It's not saying that playing a racket sport is bad. It's just that,
- if you're someone who needs to have an aerobic base in your exercise, then
- you shouldn't count the time on the court as aerobic exercise.
