- Chromium picolinate was recently studied here in San Diego through
- UCSD, and I think it was at Mercy Hospital. The findings in an AB
- placebo test was positive. Chromium reduces your bad cholesterol and
- increases (slightly) your good. That's just from memory so take it
- with a grain of salt. I suggest you ask for the article to be reposted.
- My personal experience was also very positive. All other factors held
- constant, diet, training schedule etc., I experienced a drastic
- reduction in serum cholesterol after 3 months of 200mcg/day. I will
- have it measured again soon to make sure the test was not a fluke.
