- Did they sign some kind of acceptance of these restrictions, or were the
- restrictions not disclosed? If the latter, seems they could back out of the
- purchase and/or sue the realtors and/or sellers.

- Anyone have suggestions on how to avoid this? Obviously one answer is "read
- and understand all the legalese" but this is easier said than done. Can you
- put a contingency in your offer of "no CC&Rs are accepted" or some such?
