  30. Did they sign some kind of acceptance of these restrictions, or were the
  31. restrictions not disclosed?  If the latter, seems they could back out of the
  32. purchase and/or sue the realtors and/or sellers.

  34. Anyone have suggestions on how to avoid this?  Obviously one answer is "read
  35. and understand all the legalese" but this is easier said than done.  Can you
  36. put a contingency in your offer of "no CC&Rs are accepted" or some such?
