  26. That was a good summary.  One correction, though: the GX and GXPlus
  27. do hardware acceleration of 3D coordinate transformations, so they
  28. are *quite* speedy doing 3D wireframes, point clouds, and flat shading.

  30. They don't do hidden-surface removal or any advanced rendering operations
  31. (Phong shading, lighting calculations, texture mapping, etc)
  32. in hardware, so if you substitute "Photorealistic Rendering" for "3D" in
  33. the short version above, it becomes correct.
