  28. I may have been a trifle unclear.  I wasn't suggesting that the map
  29. coordinators *should* pro-actively look for bad links.  The "have the time"
  30. being "have the time to change the map" given that they've been informed
  31. that a problem exists.

  33. The real questions are:
  34.     - how should SAs report problem sites and links?  To the
  35.       regional coordinator?  Rutgers?
  36.     - Is the lack of entries in d.Top due to nobody reporting
  37.       bad links, or that whoever's supposed to administer it
  38.       has not got the time?
  39.     - Is d.Top *supposed* to be issued as often as necessary to
  40.       "patch" the maps?
