- From Thursday's L A Times, embedded in a non-fat pumpkin pie recipe:

- 1 C fine dry bread crumbs
- Vegetable cooking spray

- Generously spray 9-inch glass pie pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- Scatter bread crumbs over pan and evenly press into surface of pan.
- Spray crumbs with cooking spray and bake crust on middle rack of
- 350-deg oven 10 to 15 minutes, until dry and lightly toasted. Cool on
- rack.
