- It isn't a typo. According to this scale, 3-3.5 (mine is <3) counts
- as -3 points. Perhaps my labeling of the field as "goal" was in error--
- these are really the zero points on the scale. Clearly going lower on
- the scale (which means less risk of heart disease) is preferable.
