- BTW, before I started the fast, my score was +20 (close to average for
- women). I brought my score down to -3 not by losing weight, or even by
- big changes in things like cholesterol (my ratio of total chol/HDLs)
- was low even before I fasted), but by making lifestyle changes in the
- areas of physical activity, % dietary fat, and servings of fruits and
- vegetables/week. Those three factors alone accounted for 22 of the 23 point
- change above.
