  14. Milly's in San Rafael has great vegan food. AND they have several "oil free"
  15. dishes, marked as such! I'm sure the food is low-cal. They specifically state
  16. on the menu, "If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know."

  18. I had a lovely sort of curry inside a spicy sort of thin crisp pancake, with a great
  19. spinach salad (raspberry/ginger dressing - no oil), and then I got the
  20. pumpkin "cheesecake" (made from tofu, I assumed - by this time I was so charmed
  21. with the place that I was less concerned with ascertaining every LAST
  22. ingredient!) Also had a nice ginger beer. This cost me about $30 and worth
