- I have Sweatin' to the Oldies I, II, III, and IV. I just bought the whole
- set at once from the Deal-a-Meal 800 number and be done with it! This also
- came with two cassette tapes for your Walkman, and a Stretching to the Classics
- video of about 15 minutes.
-
- I hated Richard Simmons before (what an annoying voice he has!) but I must
- admit that I am hooked on these tapes. They're not like exercise... they're
- like dancing! The choreography gets increasingly complex as you go up the
- series. I rented the original Sweatin' at the local video store, just out
- of curiosity. You can probably do that and see if you like it. I credit
- these tapes with breaking a 26 year couch habit !!!!
-
- Yes, it's more fun than chocolate !!!
-
- The only problem is... now when I hear one of the songs from the tapes
- on the radio or out in public, I get the urge to start doing the moves
- from the video! Yes, I was "Born to be Wild."
