- Just a remark on the baking I have done using
- nonfat miracle whip instead of oil; the texture of the
- goodies was different than that of goodies made with oil.
- I liked it just fine, but you may not.
- The one thing I tried that came out really weird
- was a pie crust; the part that was in contact with the
- quiche was fine, but the part sticking out beyond was as
- hard as any food item I've ever seen. I almost called
- DuPont. So be warned; perhaps just a tablespoon of oil
- would make it turn out all right.
