- Yes, I found that while I was really heavy that pictures of myself were
- what inspired me to lose weight. I couldn't believe how fat I was. But
- after I lost weight, they helped update my body image. I guess maybe the
- best part of pictures is that we see ourselves as others see us, sort of.
