- Don't forget about whole wheat tortillas. My wife makes a big batch of brown rice
- and a big batch of black beans (raw beans cooked, not precooked coming from a can).
- She then makes mega-burritos with the beans, rice and some lowfat, low sodium
- cheese. We freeze the burritos and pop 'em in the microwave for about 5-6 minutes
- for a quick, healthy meal. BTW, the combo of beans and rice makes a complete
- protein.
