  11. Here's a thought for snacks: if you actually like them, rice cakes
  12. or the similar popcorn cakes.  They run 110 calories per ounce, though
  13. I'll admit I don't know what they weigh; *I* don't like them at all.

  18. a fruit junkie; when I'm hungry and in the mood for refrigerator
  19. raiding, the apples will go first.  [Yes, it took a lot of behavior
  20. modification/brainwashing to get to that point.]
