- There is a very effective exercise to reduce double chin. Place the tips of your
- fingers at your throat to feel it. Then try to pull the corners of your mouth down.
- This will make the muscles on your chin and throat work very hard.
- Hold for a few seconds, then release. Do it several times a day.

- It looks terribly unattractive, so make sure you are alone when you do this.
- The exercise does not eliminate double chins completely, but it does help.
- You should notice the difference in about 3 to 4 weeks.
